Fun times at the Farm, Family Session | Long Island Family Photographer

When we heard this weekend's weather was going to be mild, my wife and I quickly put together a road trip to the farm. Having spent the last year and half watching Brainy Baby and Shaun The Sheep with my son, I figured this would be a great opportunity to show him the real animals. Nothing prepared me for the kind of reaction I got from him. He simply went nuts. I could barely photograph him. Not only did he know the animals, but he wanted to play with them in their cage. Worst, it didn't help that the animals were quite accessible. At some point, I had to leave the photo duties to my wife, and get my son up close and personal with the animals.  Lucky for him, I am the biggest kid you will ever know. What a a blast!!

All Out Pink!! | Fresh Meadows Newborn Photographer {Sneak Peek}

During our pre-session consultation, Baby Angelina's mom asked if we can do a complete pink theme. We love a challenge so, we raised to the occasion, and designed a whole color coordinated theme from background to blankets to tutus. Baby Angelina looked gorgeous don't you think?

Early Arrival!! | New Rochelle Newborn Photographer

When Baby Nicholas' mom contacted us, we thought she was looking to confirm her date, but to our surprise, she said the "baby is here" and "can we schedule the shoot sooner". We were delighted to hear the news and quickly added her to the calendar. Upon arrival, Nicholas was fully awake and stayed that way throughout the shoot. Lucky for us he was a total sport and let us work with him. God Bless you Nicholas!!

Lovely Couple | Queens NYC Maternity Photographer

Mom to be was super excited and nervous at the same time. My approach is always to provide a relaxed and comfortable session, so rather than jump into the shoot, we spent sometime just talking about the baby and scoping out a good location for the shoot. We were in the midst of a terrible heat wave here in NY, and had to settle for an indoor session. We took our time, explored our options and got Dad-to-be ready for the shoot. What a beautiful couple, I can't wait to meet their baby.

And we locked eyes!! | Woodside NYC Baby Photographer

From the moment I met Baby Isabel we locked eyes. Her lovely eyes were always focused on the camera, very aware of the action. Isabel was just too cautious to let her guard down around the camera. After sometime mom recommended we let her take a nap, and we did. At the end patience paid off. Once she woke up, we were quickly back in action, did a couple of dress changes and the result was fantastic. Thanks mom and dad for hanging tough.

Where does time go? My son gets invited to his first summer birthday party, and it reminded me of a prior session I had with Baby Kaylie who is now turning "One". Can't wait to see her and my good old friends. Here is a shot from that session
