Our Policy

Pricing and Policy
The charges in this agreement are based on THREE14 Photography pricing at the time of scheduling.  Pricing is subject to change without notice.  In the interest of fairness to all our clients, we are unable to offer special deals or discounts except for those that may run occasionally as promotions.  For this reason, please understand that session fees, print prices and business policies are non-negotiable.

Session Deposit Fee
A 50% deposit is requested at the time of booking to reserve your date and time.  The remainder is due at the time of your session.  The fee does not include any prints or products unless specified in your session package.

Session Proofs
Within two weeks from the date of your session, a private online gallery of the best artfully processed proofs will be available for your review.  The gallery will be open for ordering for one week.  If your gallery expires prior to your order being placed, you may request a gallery reactivation for a charge of $25.  This fee must be paid before the gallery can be reactivated.

Selection Process
We will choose the best 20+ proofs from your session to go in your gallery.  Images are edited at the discretion of THREE14 Photography and your gallery will not include all images shot.  We reserve the creative right to edit and release only those images deemed creditable as professional in quality within our artistic standards.

Cancellations
The session fee is non-refundable but may be applied to another session date if 48 hours notice is given.  There is no penalty to reschedule your session due to weather.  All sessions must be rebooked within 30 days of original date.

Print Ordering
After you receive notice that your gallery is up, you will have one week to schedule a Print Order session.  All payment is due during this time.  Orders will be placed within 24 hours of receiving full payment.  Please allow two to three weeks for the processing of your print order.  Some custom products, such as canvases or albums, may take additional time, however every effort will be made to get your order to you as soon as possible.  Rush order is available for an additional $50 per print order (canvases, albums, etc may be additional).  Please inquiry with us for more information.  Additional Shipping and Handling charges apply per order.

Refunds
Due to the personal nature of photography, all sales are final.  However, should something not meet your expectations, it is your responsibility to contact us within one week of receiving your order and we will work to resolve the issue.  Please treat your finished products with care.  Damage incurred due to improper handling, framing or hanging is the responsibility of the client.

Photo Release Form
Please note, all clients are required to sign a photo release form prior to their session.

A la Carte
Minimum order of $300 a la carte products is required, when not purchasing a session package. 

Copyright
All images are property of THREE14 Photography and are protected by Federal Copyright Laws.  Clients may not make ANY reproduction of the images in ANY form (print or electronic) without the express written consent of THREE14 Photography.  This includes, but is not limited to scanning, downloading, right-clicking, emailing, saving to harddrive, posting in websites or blogs, photocopying, obtaining screen shots, or printing in any manner.
